Refund Policy

However, if you are still not completely satisfied with the services for any reason, or if the issue still persists, you may contact us again within 7 days of the payment and we’ll resolve the issue from our end free of charge. If the issue is still not resolved, we’ll sanction a 100% refund of the payment.

After the required task is done, customers are encouraged to check if the issue has been resolved and make sure the services promised are delivered accordingly. If for any reason, the issue is not completely resolved even after the services are delivered, customers are encouraged to contact us on our direct lines provided on the website so that they can be assisted on priority by either scheduling another review or issuing the refund of the charged amount accordingly.

Refunds
All refunds would only be sanctioned if the issue is reported within 7 days of the transaction. RETURN PROCESS To lodge a complaint, please email customer service at info@dreadnoughtutilities.com to obtain a Refund Service Authorization (RSA) number. After receiving an RSA number, you are requested to wait 24 hours for the charge to be credited back to the bank account.
